SLOUGH COVE -KATAMA POINT - EDGARTOWN
This Exciting large contemporary has an absolutely wonderful view of the beautiful Herring Creek Farm, near South Beach. It is a reverse design home, having the four bedrooms on the first floor and the main living area on the second floor. A dynamic second level features all large glass filled rooms, including a kitchen with european cabinets, snack bar, dishwasher, microwave, and thirty two feet of counter space. Eat in the glassed in dining room or relax in the fireplaced living area. This space features a beamed cathedral ceiling, track lighing, paddle fans, and sliding glass doors to both the solarium and child safe deck.
